Providing Everything You Need to Work from Anywhere

Call Centers

VoIP call center phone systems are designed to handle higher call volumes than a typical inbound call center. A VoIP call center solution is vastly different compared to a PBX phone service. Virtual call centers use VoIP and are run entirely over the internet. You can automate multichannel customer support and self-service options with a VoIP call center system.

Additional Services

Overhead Paging System

Common to retail stores, large offices, manufacturing or warehousing facilities, hospitals, campus sites, and more, overhead paging broadcasts a message to a department or building area via overhead speakers. There are two basic types of paging systems, both of which are still widely in use: IP paging systems and analog paging systems. You can also use them together in a hybrid paging system.

Hosted/Business Telephone Systems

What is a hosted phone system? A hosted phone system is a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) that uses Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Hosted in an off-site data center, rather than on-site, this IP phone system works over the internet. You can easily make inbound and outbound calls in or outside the office.

There are three basic types of business telephone systems: KSU, PBX and VoIP. Each of these systems has a hosted (cloud) and a non-hosted (on-premises) version.

Infrastructure {Structured Cabling System}

A structured cabling system is a complete system of cabling and associated hardware, which provides a comprehensive telecommunications infrastructure. This infrastructure serves a wide range of uses, such as providing telephone service or transmitting data through a computer network. It should not be device dependent.

We further define a structured cabling system in terms of ownership. The structured cabling system begins at the point where the service provider (SP) terminates. This point is the point of demarcation (Demarc) or Network Interface Device (NID).

A voicemail is a digitally recorded voice message usually left by callers when they cannot talk to the person they are calling. It can also leave a copy of the voicemail in there email as a wav file.
